No Job Too Small to Do Right
Most homes in Lancaster have a short list of things that never quite get fixed: a hole in the drywall behind a door, a railing that wobbles, caulk that’s gone yellow, a fixture that’s been dated since the house was built. They’re small, so big contractors pass on them. We don’t.
We take handyman jobs across Lancaster and Fairfield County, and we finish them the same way we finish a full room: patched, sanded, painted, and cleaned up. Getting a house ready to sell or just moved in? We also do pre-listing repairs and new homeowner punch lists.
One Job or a Whole List
Write down everything that’s been bugging you and send it over. We’ll price the list, group it into one visit when we can, and work through it start to finish, so you’re not scheduling five different people for five small things.
Send Photos, Get a Ballpark
Most small jobs can be priced from a few good photos. Use our and we’ll get back to you with a ballpark within one business day, no visit needed to find out if it fits your budget.
Handyman FAQs
If it’s worth fixing, it’s worth a call. One small repair is fine, but you’ll get the most out of the visit if you bundle a few things together. Send us the list and we’ll tell you straight if it’s something we handle.
You get a written price before we start, not an open-ended hourly bill. For most small jobs, a few photos are enough to give you a ballpark. That’s what our photo estimate is for.
We handle like-for-like swaps: a faucet, a light fixture, or a ceiling fan going into an existing box. Anything that needs new circuits, new lines, or a permit goes to a licensed electrician or plumber, and we’ll tell you that up front.
Yes. Pre-listing punch lists are some of the most common handyman jobs we do: patching, painting, caulking, hardware, and the small stuff an inspector or buyer will notice.
Yes, we stand behind our work. If something isn’t right, we’ll come back and make it right.
